PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partial hair dyeing device allowing an individual user to partially dye user's hair from the root to the tip easily by himself/herself. SOLUTION: The partial hair dyeing device 100 includes a hair dyeing portion opposed member 130 capable of being displaced between a standby position for opening a hair dyeing member 120 and a hair dyeing position opposed to the standby position at a prescribed interval. The root of the hair HI can be partially dyed by leaking a hair dye to the hair dyeing member 120 with the hair dyeing portion opposed member 130 disposed in the standby position. Next, the hair dyeing portion opposed member 130 is displaced to the hair dyeing position to be opposed to the hair dyeing member 120 to insert the hair HI whose root is partially dyed in layers. In this state, a hair dyeing device body 110 is transferred to the tip of the hair HI while pressing an ejection container ST, by which the hair HI can be partially dyed from the root to the tip easily by the individual user alone.
