PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal cable of an electronic endoscope, which has such excellent durability that a signal line is not disconnected even when the operation of twisting and pulling the signal cable is repeated, and is formed so as to have an outer diameter narrower than before even when the number of signal lines increases. SOLUTION: A flexible core material 13 is inserted and disposed near the axial position of the signal cable 10, an inner side coaxial line column wherein a plurality of coaxial lines 11i independent of each other are arranged in a line is disposed surrounding the core material 13, and further, an outer side coaxial line column wherein a plurality of coaxial lines 11o independent of each other are arranged in a line is disposed around the inner side coaxial line column.
