The present invention provides a fermentation container and a preparation method of salted fish using the same, wherein the fermentation container comprises: an outer container having an open top, a closed bottom and an outlet with a valve; an inner container, which is inserted into the outer container while maintaining a side gap therebetween, has spacers on the bottom for separating the inner container from the bottom face of the outer container in an upward direction and a plurality of apertures divided in a longitudinal direction from the top along the top circumferential surface, and offers a porous structure to keep food to be fermented; a loading lid, which is smaller in diameter than the inner container to enable vertical movement within the inner container and is inserted into the inner container to apply a downward pressure from the top to the food that is stored in the inner container; and an outer lid affixed to the outer container, for covering the outer container. |
