<p>The trim (2) has a combustion container (3) for receiving combustible materials, and a wall partially surrounding the combustion container. The wall is formed to receive heat produced in the combustion container during operation of a fireplace (1) and to deliver the heat to an environment. The wall is made of self-compacting concrete formed by concrete plasticizer on polycarboxylbase. The wall completely surrounds the combustion container except an opening (42) for loading the combustion container. The wall is formed from plate-like wall segments (41). An independent claim is also included for a method for producing a fireplace.</p>
