PURPOSE: A method for preventing discoloration of Lithospermum erythrorizon pigment is provided to prevent discoloration of Lithospermum erythrorizon pigment-containing alcoholic beverage. CONSTITUTION: A method for preventing discoloration of Lithospermum erythrorizon pigment comprises: a step of treating by a method selected from the group consisting of metal ion resin treatment and sonication; and a step of storing in a darkroom. The metal ion resin treatment is an ion exchange resin method.
