<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell with high reliability with a structure simplified, and without an output loss due to electric short-circuiting and damage of the cells. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell 1 includes: a cell laminated part 11; a pedestal 20 equipped with mounting seats 24a to 24d; a lower fastening plate 21; an upper fastening plate 22; fastening studs 23a to 23d with tip parts penetrating from through-holes of the lower fastening plate 21 to a pedestal 20 side fixed to the mounting seats 24a to 24d for pressure fastening between the lower fastening plate 21 and the upper fastening plate 22; insulating collars 25a to 25d intercalated between the lower fastening plate 21 and the mounting seats 24a to 24d; a lower protrusion 31 formed in an area containing the through-holes of the lower fastening plate 21 and protruded downward from an underside of the lower fastening plate 21 for an outer edge to exist beyond an outer periphery of the through-holes; and a leak-out prevention structure for preventing leak of phosphoric acid solution from gaps between the through-holes and the insulating collars 25a to 25d toward an outer periphery part of the insulating collars 25a to 25d. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
