<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a catalyst coated film. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing the catalyst coated film, a uniform mixture is formed by mixing precursor resin of a nonionic polymer ionomer which is substantially fluorinated and a catalyst, a coated film is formed by applying the mixture to the surface of a solid polymer electrolyte film, an ionomer is formed by hydrolyzing the precursor resin of the nonionic polymer ionomer by making the coated film in contact with an alkali metal base, and the ionomer is brought into contact with a mineral acid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
