<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film semiconductor device, a differential amplifier, and a display device, which form an n-channel TFT and a p-channel TFT suitable for circuit characteristics on a polycrystalline silicon film without complicating manufacturing processes. <P>SOLUTION: The differential amplifier is equipped with a differential stage (23) having: a differential pair (101, 102) which differentially receives a signal voltage given to an input pair; a load element pair (103, 104) connected between the differential pair and a first power source; and a power source (106) which supplies a constant current to the differential pair while being connected between the differential pair and a second power source. The differential pair and/or the load element pair consist of a relatively low threshold transistor, and are equipped with at least one transistor (503) which is inserted into a current path of the differential stage, has a higher threshold than the low threshold transistor as a switching function to control continuity/discontinuity of the current path, and is on-off controlled by a control signal input to a control terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
