METHOD OF MANUFACTURING OPTICAL SHEET AND OPTICAL SHEET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an optical sheet for precisely forming an opening part of a light reflection layer with a simple manufacturing process.

SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing an optical sheet includes processes for: forming an intermediate layer on the light incident face 2a side of an optical sheet body 2 using the optical sheet body 2 having a light incidence face 2a, a light emission face 2b and a plurality of convex lenses 2c on the light emission face 2b side; forming an opening part 3a in the intermediate layer so that a ratio (depth/diameter) of a depth of the opening part 3a to its diameter becomes 1-3 by radiating the intermediate layer with light from the light emission face 2b side of the optical sheet body 2 via the optical sheet body 2; and forming the light reflection layer 4 reflecting light by vapor-depositing metal on a surface 3b on the opposite side to the optical sheet body 2 arrangement side of the intermediate layer 3 wherein the opening part 3a is formed.
