DATA COLLECTION DEVICE, DATA COLLECTION METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily collect input information associated with a specific response entity and response information corresponding to the input information.

SOLUTION: A data collection device is configured to store response entity name specification information specifying a response entity name in a first storage part, and to output response entity name display information for displaying a response entity name to be specified by any response entity name specification information stored in the first storage part. The data collection device is configured to receive information showing input content to the response entity, and to store the input information specifying the input content in a second storage part in association with the response entity name specification information specifying the response entity name. Furthermore, the data collection device is configured to output response instruction information for instructing a user to make a response to the input content to be specified by any input information by impersonating a response entity corresponding to the input content. The data collection device having received information showing the response content to the response instruction information stores response information specifying the response content in association with the input information in a third storage part.
