PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, in a conventional technology, it is impossible to generate a perspective conversion parameter for estimating high-reliability global motion between two images. SOLUTION: This perspective conversion parameter generation device includes: an acquisition part 11 acquiring a first frame and a second frame; a motion vector detection part 13 detecting a motion vector to a corresponding position of the acquired second frame about each of a plurality of positions of each side of a first quadrilateral in the acquired first frame; and a perspective conversion parameter generation part 14 bringing a start point of each detected motion vector into line with a corresponding position of the first quadrilateral, approximately connecting end points of all the motion vectors by a single straight line about each side of the first quadrilateral at that time, and generating the perspective conversion parameter by the use of coordinates of four vertexes of a second quadrilateral formed of four straight lines obtained by the connection and coordinates of four vertexes of the first quadrilateral.
