PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transplanter draining the mud water flow caused by the frontward push at the front sides of floats to the rear side by a water-sending rotator installed in a float space between the neighboring floats and having a plurality of blades, and reducing an overflowing flow from the sides of the front parts of the floats to prevent the tilting down or the like of already transplanted seedlings. SOLUTION: The transplanter 1 has a plurality of the floats 17 sliding on the mud field surface A and parallelly arranged in the lateral direction at an interval of the floats for flowing out the mud water from the front side to the rear side, and a transplanting device for transplanting the seedlings by a transplanting tine at the sides of the rear parts of the floats 17. The water-sending rotator 21 having a plurality of the blades 31 for compulsorily draining the mud water from the front sides of the floats 17 to the rear sides is installed in the float space of the neighboring floats 17.
