PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which secures ventilation performance with the outside so that a water droplet is discharged to the outside even if the water droplet is generated by internal dew condensation, and presents water from entering a motor even if the motor is subjected to high-pressure washing, in the motor used for a ventilation air blower of a livestock barn. SOLUTION: This drain cap is inserted into a drain hole 6 formed at a housing of the motor, and constituted of an inner cylinder 1, an outer cylinder 2 and a connecting plate 3. The inner cylinder 1 and the outer cylinder 2 are almost concentrically joined to the same face of the connecting plate 3 at their ends, and the inner cylinder 1 is formed longer than the outer cylinder 2 and inserted into the drain hole 6. At this time, the outer cylinder 2 is made to contact with the housing at the end not joined to the connecting plate 3, and at the inner cylinder 1 and the outer cylinder 2, an inner cylinder communication hole 4 and an outer cylinder communication hole 5 for making the respective cylinders communicate with each other are formed at the side of the connecting plate 3. The inner cylinder communication hole 4 and the outer cylinder communication hole 5 are formed at positions which are displaced from each other at angles of 90° or more with respect to centers of the cylinders.
