<p>The device has a locking device (1) arranged in or at a table leg. A locking pin (5) is pivoted by a rotary joint and provided between teeth in a locked condition. The locking pin is pivoted for loosening of the teeth adjacent to an intermediate space. A teeth row (3) serves as a component of a plate-like body (2).
