Solid vitreous electrolyte for an electrochemical cell with thin layers has the following composition (by atomic content): (a) Boron, between 0.001 and 0.20; (b) Phosphorus, between 0.05 and 0.15; (c) Nitrogen, between 0.02 and 0.18; (d) Lithium, between 0.20 and 0.50; (e) Oxygen, between 0.35 and 0.50; (f) the total of these contents being essentially equal to 100. Independent claims are also included for: (i) an electrochemical cell with thin layers including a layer of this electrolyte; (ii) the preparation of this solid electrolyte. |
