<p>Disclosed is a cleaning sheet capable of picking up sufficient amounts of dirt and dust from surfaces to be cleaned. A cleaning sheet (1) comprises bundles of fibers (3) that are stacked upon, at a minimum, one surface of a support body sheet (2), a bonding portion (5) formed by the bundles of fibers (3) being bonded upon the support body sheet (2), and traversing the direction of the flow of the fibers, the support body sheet (2) being formed by stacking a plurality of sheet materials (6) and bonding the sheet materials (6) together, a space being formed between opposing sheet materials, the space thus formed constituting a handle insertion slot wherein a retaining material comprising a gripping handle may be inserted; and an elastic porous piece (4) being disposed either directly or indirectly upon the support body sheet (2) upon the external surface of the support body (2), and, at a minimum, a portion of the bundles of fibers (3) and the porous piece (4) being positioned upon a common surface of the support body sheet (2), thus allowing the picking up of sufficient amounts of dirt and dust from surfaces to be cleaned.</p> |
