PURPOSE: Fermented soybean powder and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the prevention effect of cancer, high blood pressure, and cardiovascular disease caused by activated oxygen. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented soybean powder comprises the following steps: mixing pollen, purified water, and bacillus subtilis spawns, and cultivating to obtain culture fluid; injecting lactobacillus plantarum spawns to the culture fluid; centrifugal separating the culture fluid, and freeze-drying the obtained precipitate to obtain fermented pollen powder; and mixing the fermented pollen powder with the fermented soybean powder. |
