PURPOSE: A rainwater sprinkler system with cooling and heating units is provided to reduce the installation space thereof and to save resources according to the use of rainwater. CONSTITUTION: A rainwater sprinkler system comprises: a strainer(11) which is connected to a rainwater pipe and filters solid materials; a contaminant processing unit(12) eliminating minute objects; a water tank(13) storing the water from which the minute objects are eliminated; a water service pipe(14) or a subsurface water pipe(15) supplying water to the water tank; a drainage pump(16) sucking the water of the water tank; a micro-filtration device(17) filtering the water provided from the drainage pump; a heat pump(18) changing the water passed the filtering device into cold water or warm water; and a circulating pump(19) supplying the changed water to a middle water tank(20).
