PURPOSE: An optical sheet for an organic light emitting display device for extracting light and forming a beam is provided to increase light extraction effects by only a single sheet, thereby controlling a beam profile. CONSTITUTION: A light extraction layer(10) includes a lens part(11) and a non-lens part(12). A light concentrating layer(13) concentrates light emitted from the light extraction layer. The refraction index of the lens part of the multi-layered complex structure is larger than the refraction index of the non-lens part.
