<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered substrate making shapeability compatible with handleability, and having excellent productivity of an FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic); to provide a preform using the same; and to provide a method for producing the preform. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the multilayered substrate in which at least two sets of biaxial stitching substrates are laminated and integrated with an engaging material. The biaxial stitching substrates are obtained by laminating a plurality of sheets in which a plurality of reinforcing fiber yarns are arranged parallel so that the reinforcing fiber yarns are oriented in two directions, to keep the resultant laminate sewn with stitching yarns A. In the multilayered substrate, the melting point Tmc of the engaging material is within the range of 80-200°C, and the melting point Tma of the stitching yarns A is within the range of (Tmc+10) to (Tmc+120)°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
