<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module capable of inhibiting a focus efficiency change due to thermal expansion and shrinkage. <P>SOLUTION: The solar cell module 1 has a reflection plate 2 which reflects incident light L toward solar cells 11. This reflection plate 2 is composed of a plurality of portions having different rigidities. As a result, even when a force created due to thermal expansion and shrinkage by heating acts on the reflection plate 2, the force is dispersed to portions of the reflection plate 2 that show relatively low rigidities in their response to the thermal expansion and shrinkage. This inhibits a shift of the relative position relation between the solar cells 11 and the reflection plate 2 and the deformation of portions of the reflection plate 2 that show the relatively high rigidities in their response to the thermal expansion and shrinkage. Thereby, the solar cell module 1 inhibits a focus efficiency change due to the thermal expansion and shrinkage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
