<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste wherein inorganic nanoparticles are dispersed, which undergoes no increase in viscosity and is excellent in shelf stability, and to stably produce an optical waveguide using the same, which is favorable in terms of optical transparency, thermomechanical property and insulation reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The paste comprises (A) the inorganic particles, (B) a compound having a polymerizable group and a carboxyl group, (C) an amine compound having a polymerizable group and (D) an organic solvent. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
