<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve motor efficiency without causing overshoot, when the advancing angle amount is adjusted so that a motor current value becomes optimal. <P>SOLUTION: A motor control part having a function of setting/controlling the rotational speed of a motor includes a memory part in which the advancing angle amount data table showing the advancing angle amount data in conformity with the set rotational speed and the amount of motor current is stored. Based on the motor rotational speed, the amount of the motor current, and a position of a motor rotor, the advancing angle amount data table is referred, and based on the position of the motor rotor, the advancing angle amount of the motor is controlled, thereby enabling efficient drive of the motor by avoiding the overshoot of the speed.
