PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong a life of a motor valve by optimally and automatically controlling the motor valve, and furthermore minimizing iterative operations of the valve to promptly change a process value to a target one. SOLUTION: A control device 1 of the motor valve controls the motor valve so that the process value is adjusted to the target one by presetting output time and down time when the valve is instructed to be opened or closed, and by adjusting valve opening per inch. The control device fixes the down time of a valve opening instruction or a valve closing instruction and enables continuous change of the output time according to the deviation between the target value and process value by output from a motor valve output function circuit 20.
