PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hubcap for an automobile capable of effectively preventing pushing of the hubcap into the axial inner side, even when external force toward the axial inner side is applied to the hubcap after the hubcap is fitted to a radial outer side member of a bearing for an automobile wheel having an opening formed at an axial outer end of the bearing and the opening is sealed, and to provide a fitting structure of the wheel bearing end opening. SOLUTION: The hubcap for the automobile comprises; a disk-shaped part; and a cylindrical part extended from a peripheral edge of the disk-shaped part toward the axial inner side of the bearing and fitted to the outer diameter side member. A portion from a predetermined position in the vicinity of a tip of the cylindrical part toward the tip is formed to be a thin-wall part thinner than a portion from the predetermined position in the vicinity of the tip of the cylindrical part toward the disk-shaped part.
