PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel jet propulsion mechanism as a moving means utilizing an existing power sprayer, which is lightweight enough to enable a person to carry and easily use. SOLUTION: A pump 1 uses the existing power sprayer having a rotary blade for exhausting air backward by sucking the air from the front, and is installed in a loading space 25 of a bicycle 2 on which a user rides, and is constituted by arranging an injection port 31a of the pump 1 backward, and the user rides on the bicycle 2, and moves forward with the air injected backward from the injection port 31a of the pump 1 as propulsion.
