The present invention relates to an implant composition for the regeneration of neural tissue comprising a) a support of gel formed from an isolated fluid containing platelets and an activation agent comprising calcium chloride, with or without thrombin, b) a neural growth factor selected from among BDNF, NGF, retinoic acid and combinations thereof, and c) a culture of at least 50 000 progenitor stem cells. Moreover it relates to the employment of said composition as implant and the process for the preparation thereof.
