NONNATURAL COLLAGEN-LIKE PROTEIN AND USE THEREOF

The present invention provides a nonnatural collagen-like protein, the sequence of which is (Gly-X-Y)n, in which X and Y are natural amino acid residues other than Cys, and n is equal to 20-300. The collagen-like protein can be fused to a pharmaceutical protein so as to form a fusion protein with higher hydrophilicity and longer half-life. Therefore the present invention also provides the fusion protein, nucleic acid, expression vector, host cell, preparation process and pharmaceutical use thereof.
