PURPOSE: A device for discharging condensate from a muffler is provided to prevent the corrosion of a muffler and extend the lifespan of the muffler since an engine and the muffler are cooled and thus condensate in the muffler is smoothly discharged to the outside. CONSTITUTION: A device for discharging condensate from a muffler comprises a case(100), a through hole and a control valve(200). A through hole is formed on the bottom of the case. The control valve is installed on the through hole to be able to selectively open and close the through hole during the movement and stop of a vehicle. The shape of the control valve changes according to the temperature in the case. The control valve comprises an elastic material, which selectively can open and close the through-hole. The elastic material is formed from shape memory alloy.
