PURPOSE: A capping member and a mold cooling device comprising the same are provided to minimize interference between a cooling hole unit and a discharge hole unit since cooling water is directly guided to the inner and outer sides of the cooling hole unit of a mold. CONSTITUTION: A capping member(100) comprises a body(110), first and second cooling-water paths(120,130), a cooling-water inlet(140), and a cooling-water outlet(150). The first cooling-water path is opened externally form the inside of the body. The second cooling-water path is opened externally from the inside of the body not to be connected to the first cooling-water path. The cooling-water inlet and outlet are respectively opened to the outside of the body. The cooling-water inlet and outlet are respectively connected to the first and second cooling-water paths. The cooling-water inlet makes the cooling water flow into the first cooling-water path directly from the outside.
