<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning disk for efficiently removing contamination such as abrasion powder. <P>SOLUTION: The cleaning disk has: a substrate having a clamp hole arranged on the center; and an adhesive layer mounted on a periphery of the clamp hole on the substrate. With this construction, the contamination such as the abrasion powder of a clamping part and an optical disk of a disk drive can be eliminated at the position of occurrence with the adhesive layer without paying attention only to a lens or the like, that is, the contamination such as the abrasion powder is efficiently removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
