PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter chip and a filter capable of recovering a small number of cells existing in a filtering object liquid without loss, and improving a concentration rate of the filtering object liquid, even in the case of a fine-scale filtering object liquid, for example, a micro-liter level. SOLUTION: This filter chip 14 includes: flow tube bodies 22, 30 having each tubular shape having an inner diameter size of 0.01-6 mm and an outer diameter size of 0.1-10 mm, whose one opening part is connected to a tip opening part of a device body 12, and whose other opening part is projected to the outside from the device body 12; and a filtering film 24 which is a bag-shaped member formed of a porous film having pores whose average diameter is 0.01-10μm, and whose inner space is communicated with an inner hole of the flow tube body through the other opening part of the flow tube body.
