PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel dowel capable of restraining a crack from generating in concrete or mortar due to stress concentration, and strongly adhering to a steel floor slab, and a joint structure of the steel floor slab and the concrete or the like using the steel dowel. SOLUTION: The steel dowel of a bonded type is intended to adhere to the surface of the steel floor slab and to integrate the steel floor slab with the concrete or the mortar which is provided on the steel floor slab. The steel dowel consists of a steel plate 10 the rear surface of which adheres to the steel floor slab, a stud part 11 which is provided so as to protrude from the front surface of the plate 10, and a plastic cover part 12 which is provided so as to cover the circumference of the stud part 11.
