PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preserved flower decoration enabling various kinds of flower arrangement through an extremely simple production process, and having decoration effect higher than that of a conventional one. SOLUTION: The preserved flower decoration is structured as follows: picking off some of flower petals from a preserved flower subjected to preservative treatment while maintaining the entire shape of the flower; and attaching artificial flower petals and/or different kinds of flower petals as substitute for the picked-off flower petals to the portions from which the original flower petals are picked off. In such a structure, the artificial flower petals or the different kinds of flower petals are attached for substitution after picking off some of the flower petals unlike in a conventional technique where all the flower petals are picked apart and then bonded while making another arrangement, so that various kinds of flower arrangement can be performed through an extremely simple production process and also nonconventional extremely-high decoration effect is exerted.
