<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a laminate which is prevented from getting wrinkles and is excellent in appearance, and to provide a molding using the laminate, a method of manufacturing the molding, and a clothing having the molding. <P>SOLUTION: The laminate 30A has: a base material 10 composed of a sheet like synthetic resin foam; and a surface material 20 laminated on the surface of the base material 10. Multiple slits 11 penetrated through in the front and back direction are provided on the base material 10. Each slit 11 directs in the longitudinal direction X. Then, the slit 11 is prevented from being sieve-opened even in applying tension in the longitudinal direction X and the slit 11 is sieve-opened by applying tension in the traverse direction Y.
