<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample separation/adsorption tool for precisely transferring samples. <P>SOLUTION: The sample separation/adsorption tool 100 separates samples within a separation medium 33 by allowing current to flow to the separation medium 33 via a buffer solution, and allows the separated samples to be adsorbed by a sample adsorption member 6 from the separation medium 33. The sample separation/adsorption tool 100 includes: a first buffer solution bath 1 where a first electrode 41 is disposed; a second buffer solution bath 2 where a second electrode 42 is disposed; a sample adsorption buffer solution bath 3 where the sample adsorption member 6 is disposed; a sample separation part 31 for storing the separation medium 33; and a moving arm 52 for moving the sample adsorption member 6 in a direction vertical to the separation direction. A through hole 39 is provided at a position opposite to a second opening 36 at a side 21 of the second buffer solution bath 2, and the sample adsorption member 6 is disposed between the second opening 36 and the side 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
