Disclosed is a polyethylene resin film which is formed from a resin composition that contains the component (A), the component (B) and the component (C) described below. When the total of the component (A), the component (B) and the component (C) contained in the resin composition is taken as 100% by mass, the content of the component (A) is 18-40% by mass, the content of the component (B) is 55-77% by mass, and the content of the component (C) is 3-15% by mass.
