<p>A tapping machine comprises a stand (1), a main shaft (2) mounted on the stand (1) and a motor (3). The main shaft (2) is provided with a clamp (4) on one end and the clamp (4) can be provided with different taps (16) thereon. The stand (1) is provided with a connecting seat (6) thereon and a nut (7) is fixedly mounted on the other end of the main shaft (2). The nut (7) is threadedly connected with the connecting seat (6) and the pitches inside the nut (7) and the connecting seat (6) are equal to that of the tap (16) mounted on the clamp (4). The main spindle (2) is provided with a reverse inner conical pulley (8), a positive inner conical pulley (9), an upper outer conical pulley (10) and a lower outer conical pulley (11) thereon with certain intervals. The upper outer conical pulley (10) can mesh with the reverse inner conical pulley (8), and the lower outer conical pulley (11) can mesh with the positive inner conical pulley (9). The stand (1) is provided with a double belt wheels (12) and an idle wheel (13) thereon, and is also provided thereon with an operating rod (5) for controlling the upper outer conical pulley (10) and the lower outer conical pulley (11) to mesh with the reverse inner conical pulley (8) and the positive inner conical pulley (9) provided on the main shaft (2) respectively. The tapping machine can prevent defect thread from producing, avoid damaging the wok piece resulting from the inhomogeneous tapping speed, and wok in a more stable and less noisy manner, thus facilitating to protect the motor and to prolong the service life of the motor and to save energy.</p> |
