The method involves connecting an internal combustion engine (BKM), an electric motor (EM) and an additional unit (E) e.g. air conditioning system, generator, injection and water pumps, of a hybrid drive (10) with one another by a force guiding connection (W). The connection is provided with rotational speed irregularity in form of positive or negative deviation of a speed from a target speed, which is produced by the engine and the unit, where the speed irregularity is determined. The motor is controlled and/or regulated, so as to reduce the rotational speed irregularity by a counter torque.
