<p>PURPOSE: A structure of a press mold for shaping a TWB steel plate is provided to enhance process yield and to save cost since a supplementary process due to the fracture of a traditional TWB steel plate is not added. CONSTITUTION: A structure of a press mold for shaping a TWB steel plate comprises an upper slider, a lower die, a lower base, a blank holder(150) and a cushion pin. An upper die is attached to the bottom of the upper slider. The lower die is located on the bottom of the upper slider. The lower die is held on the upper surface of the lower base. The blank holder is located on both sides of the lower die and comprises an upper rotating plate(153). The cushion pin is connected to the bottom of the blank holder.</p> |
