<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a power consumption during a pausing period of an intermittent reception of a CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) system receiving device. <P>SOLUTION: A pausing period t1 is monitored by a low power timer means 51 to turn off a VC-TCXO 1, a reference signal group generation unit 2, and a receiving unit 3, and to put a modem 4 in a sleep state. In resuming the reception, clocking the time t3 is requested for a highly accurate timer means 44 by activation (d) to accumulate part of the receiving signal. During a t3 period, a PN code phase of the accumulated data is calculated by a PN code phase means 46 to obtain an instruction value i for a fluctuation in phase. On the basis of the instruction value i, state vectors for a short code and a long code and further a reception time 4 are calculated and set. When the highly accurate timer means 44 counts t3 to output OV(d), an action of demodulation is started by a rake demodulation unit 40, a multiple separation unit 41, and a descrambling unit 42 according to the setting and is continued by the reception time t4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
