<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display apparatus and the like, capable of properly controlling power supply, depending on needs of power application to a microphone. <P>SOLUTION: A projector 100 as the image display apparatus includes: a microphone input terminal 110 for receiving a first audio signal input through the microphone, and a control unit 160 for controlling power supply from a power supply circuit 194 to the microphone, on the basis of kind information indicating whether the microphone connected to the microphone input terminal 110 is a first kind requiring power supply or a second kind not requiring the power supply. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
