<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated light source which achieves miniaturization and high efficiency of using light without deteriorating resolution of an image, a projector device using the integrated light source, and mobile equipment using the integrated light source. <P>SOLUTION: The integrated light source is constituted so that light from a laser beam source is collimated by a second lens e1 after being condensed by a first lens L, and the integrated light source has a synthesizing means which synthesizes optical axes of laser beams from semiconductor laser bare chips k between the first lens L and the second lens e1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
