<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle operation maintenance management system and method, to reduce costs by improving efficiency in maintenance management of both of those who use a vehicle and those who manage and repair the vehicle, to promote a vehicle repair, and to ensure longer vehicle life, and environmental cleanup by reduction of harmful exhaust gas in maintenance management of the vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle operation maintenance management system performs the management cost reduction in maintenance management of the vehicle, and ensures a longer vehicle life and environmental cleanup. In the system, a vehicle user provides information for maintenance management of the vehicle to a person who performs the maintenance management of the vehicle by transmitting information on the vehicle to an information management terminal device such as a computer or the like of the person who perform maintenance management through a communication line by using a communication terminal device such as cellular phone which the vehicle user has or the communication terminal device such as the computer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
