PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment avoidance fastener, surely preventing peel-off of an insulating cap while the airplane is flying to improve the lightening attachment preventing effect to the fastener and the reliability. SOLUTION: This attachment avoidance fastener 1 joints a shell plate 10 of the airplane and a structural member 11 positioned on the inner side of the shell plate 10. An insulator layer 5 is fused to cover one end face of a head 3, and is made to mesh mechanically with an engaging portion 7 formed on the one end face.
