PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensing device which can more efficiently perform dispensation processing. SOLUTION: The dispensing device includes a plurality of nozzle units which can be independently driven to each other. Each of the nozzle units includes a nozzle for sucking and discharging a liquid. A control part makes the respective nozzle units repeatedly execute a suction process for sucking the liquid from a parent liquid container, a discharge process for discharging the liquid to a daughter liquid container and a preparation process for setting a state to start the suction process in succession. At this time, the control part shifts the processes executed between the nozzle heads (nozzle units) and allows the suction process due to a succeeding nozzle head to stand by until the suction process due to a preceding nozzle head is completed while allowing the discharge process due to the succeeding nozzle head to stand by until the discharge process due to the preceding nozzle head is completed in order to prevent not only the parallel execution of the suction process due to two or more nozzle heads but also the parallel execution of the discharge process due to two or more nozzle heads.
