<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclusion complex composed of a cyclic compound having a triphenyl amine skeleton and an electron acceptor. <P>SOLUTION: The inclusion complex is constituted of an electron donor comprising a cyclic compound having a constitution unit represented by formula (1) and an electron acceptor.
