<p>A battery charge control device comprises a current mirror circuit (10),a reference voltage source generating circuit (40) and a reference current sink generating circuit (50). A reference current generated by the reference current sink generating circuit (50) is mirrored to the positive electrode of a battery (200) by the current mirror circuit (10). The reference current is self-adaptively adjusted by using the difference between a battery actual voltage sampled during a charge interrupted time and a full-charged voltage to protect the battery from overcharge, and thus the charge reliability of the battery is ensured without reducing the charge speed.</p> |
