PURPOSE: An apparatus for detecting the steering torque and steering angle of a vehicle is provided to measure the steering angle of a vehicle using a hall switch sensor and a magnet. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for detecting the steering torque and steering angle of a vehicle comprises a case(10), a rotation signal output unit(50), a stator, a torque sensor(40), and a rotation signal detection unit(30). The rotation signal output unit is installed inside the case. The rotation signal output unit is coupled to an input shaft rotated by external force and is rotated with the input shaft. The stator is installed inside the case. The stator is coupled to an output shaft connected to the input shaft and is rotated with the output shaft. The torque sensor is installed inside the case and senses steering torque. The rotation signal detection unit is installed near the rotation signal output unit and outputs a rotation index signal depending on the rotation of the rotation signal output unit. |
