PURPOSE: A road mark bar and crosswalk therewith are provided to reduce the skidding distance of a vehicle by making the interval of road mark bars smaller than the distance between a wheelbase and a wheel track. CONSTITUTION: A road mark bar has length and width which are smaller than a wheel track length(15) and wheel base length(17) of a vehicle(21). The road mark bar is formed as a linear bar having rectangular shape and regular length. The road mark bar has a pint mark at an end part. The road mark bar is vertically formed in the traveling direction of a vehicle.
